These Terms govern your use of this site and any related services provided by SpinKong casino ("the site", "we"). By registering or depositing you accept these Terms in full.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, resident in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal, and not on any self-exclusion or GamStop-style register. You may hold only one account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and balances forfeited.

2. Account registration

You must provide accurate personal information. False data may lead to account closure and forfeiture of funds. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

3. Deposits and withdrawals

Deposits are subject to the minimum listed in the cashier. Withdrawals require successful KYC verification. We may cap large payouts at £5,000 per day and £30,000 per month. Chargebacks will result in immediate account suspension.

4. Bonuses

Bonus terms are stated inside each promotion. Standard wagering is 35x on the bonus amount unless otherwise noted. Maximum bet with active bonus is £5 per spin or £0.50 per line. Bonus abuse (irregular play patterns, low-risk / no-risk betting) will void bonus winnings.

5. Prohibited conduct

You may not use automated software, exploit software bugs, collude with other players, or attempt to gain unfair advantage. Violations lead to permanent ban.

6. Dormant accounts

Accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months will be charged a £5 monthly maintenance fee until the balance reaches zero. Contact support before the fee applies to reactivate.

7. Dispute resolution

Complaints should first be raised with [email protected]. If unresolved within 30 days, you may escalate to the Curaçao Gaming Control Board. Our decisions on bonus and KYC matters are final within the scope of the licence.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms with 14 days' notice. Continued use after the change date means acceptance.
